Freedom Boat Club of Lake Norman was recently recognized at the Freedom Boat Club National Franchise Conference in Fort Myers, Fla.

Local franchise owners Jeff and Perry Weir and their family received two award recognitions from the boat membership company. They were inducted, for the fourth year in a row, into the 2018 Freedom Boat Club Pacesetters Club, which designates the organization’s Top 10 franchises in North America. In addition, they received a National Charitable Marketing Partner award for their club’s service and contributions to the franchisor’s national charitable campaign for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

“Freedom Boat Club Lake Norman is honored and humbled to be inducted into the 2018 Pacesetters Club,” said Joshua Greenwald, marketing director of Freedom Boat Club Lake Norman, in a press release. “This club highlights the best of the best and we are pleased to be part of this elite group. The Big Brothers Big Sisters organization is a large piece to our community and we will proudly support all of their efforts in the coming years.”
