HUNTERSVILLE – Hopewell High School will host the spring’s biggest high school marching band event Saturday, May 11, starting at 1 p.m.

Four high school bands will be going head to head in battle rounds, highlighting the best dance mix, drumline performances, dance line, flag line and more.

Participating schools will be Vance High School, TW Andrews of High Point, Fairfield Central of South Carolina and the award winning Hopewell Titanium Sound Band. The event will also include a special exhibition by Charlotte’s River Oaks Academy band.

Tickets at the gate are $12 for adults, $7 for students and veterans. Doors open at noon at the school, 11530 Beatties Ford Road.
