Rural Hill hosts food truck rally on July 26

1. Food Truck Rally

What: Historic Rural Hill’s Food Truck Rally also includes a Kids Zone, while visitors can cook over an open flame, challenge friends and family to a round of cornhole and listen to live music.

When: Saturday, 4:30-8 p.m.

2. Battle of the Badges

What: First-responders from Huntersville and Mecklenburg County square off in an annual battle to collect the most blood donations benefiting Community Blood Center of the Carolinas.

3. Block Party Fundraiser

What: The Mobley Crew Block Party benefits The MPN Research Foundation, and features food from Carrburritos, beer and wine from Summit Coffee, a lemonade stand and music by Caleb Davis.

4. Concert Series

What: The D9 Summer Concert Series kicks off its 2019 season with Blue Monday and a meet-and-greet with the band.

5. Men that Cook

What: Men That Cook is a food tasting event from the Huntersville Rotary Club that features teams of two-to-four men raising money for their favorite nonprofit by making a

dish for 300 people.
