The search for the final suspect in a Friday shooting that left a victim in serious condition has ended with the capture of Jacobi McMillan Monday in Charlotte.
Officers responded to a call at 6:20 p.m. March 22 at 9722 Psalms St. and found Caleb Keller with a gunshot wound to the neck, according to a report from the Cornelius Police Department. He was transported to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, where he was listed in serious condition.
Brendan McGlynn and Randy Banks were arrested by Cornelius police at McGlynn's home at 21209 Harken Drive and charged in connection with the shooting.
All three suspects are charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and felony conspiracy.
Following the Monday capture of McMillan, Cornelius Police praised the U.S. Marshal Service for its assistance in locating the suspect.
