LangTree Live

This marks LangTree Live’s fourth season of entertaining the Lake Norman community with live music and fun.

MOORESVILLE – LangTree Live is well into its summer concert series, but there’s still plenty more to catch if you haven’t gone yet.

In addition to the live music, performed by a different artist or band every week, RL West Marketing Director and Event Coordinator Samantha Pagnatta said the event now includes a free raffle from Spectrum Eye Care.

“The winner receives a pair of designer sunglasses,” Pagnatta said in an email.

LangTree Live features acts that perform a variety of styles, including country, pop, funk and alternative rock.

“Our lineup also features tribute bands who do an excellent job of engaging the audience,” Pagnatta said. “The Eagles tribute band, On The Border, always draws a large crowd.”

The event is held every Thursday from 7-9 p.m. through September.

Admission is free.

Bands start playing promptly at 7 p.m., but Pagnatta said attendees sometimes show up as early as 5:30 p.m. to claim a spot with their blankets or chairs.

No outside food or beverages are allowed at the event. Pagnatta said D9 Brewing is on-site every Thursday and that LangTree has a variety of restaurants on the property.

Dogs can be brought to the event, and Pagnatta said two police officers are always there “to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment.”

“This event brings the Lake Norman community together and provides an ideal social scene for all ages,” Pagnatta said. “Fortunately, our property is a central spot for residents surrounding Lake Norman to conveniently meet up.”
