Patsy Webster Rinehardt
MOORESVILLE – Patsy Webster Rinehardt, 90, died Dec. 19, 2018, at Genesis HealthCare.
She was born April 30, 1928, in Kenly to the late Maurice Webster and Bessie Hough Webster.
She was a registered nurse at Lowrance Hospital, now Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank S. Rinehardt; infant son, Todd Webster Rinehardt; sisters, Maxine Dunn and Freida Beaver; and brother, Clarence Webster.
Survivors include her sons, Thomas “Tommy” F. Rinehardt and wife, Terri, and Walter “Chip” Steadman Rinehardt and wife, Lara; sister, Virginia Keller; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Services were held Dec. 22 at Central United Methodist Church.

MOORESVILLE – Betty “Joan” Bennett Anderson, 85, died Dec. 18, 2018.
She was born July 1, 1933, in Nelsonville, Ohio, to the late Ralph and Florence Hartman Bennett.
She was retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray R. Anderson Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Lori Swarts and husband, Ned; and three grandchildren.

Elsie Hartley Wagner
MOORESVILLE – Elsie Hartley Wagner, 94, died Dec. 18, 2018, at Iredell Memorial Hospital.
She was born Feb. 26, 1924, in Lexington to the late Clarence and Mamie Leonard Hartley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lee Wagner Jr.; son, Ronald Wagner; brother, Olden Hartley; and sisters, Flora, Mildred, Lillian and Dokie.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Overcash of Mooresville, Janelle Everhart and husband, Bobby; five grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 22 at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home chapel.

Anthony Sigmund Kent
MOORESVILLE – Anthony Sigmund Kent, 93, died Dec. 17, 2018, in Sherrills Ford.
He was born Jan. 29, 1925.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and worked as a truck driver.
Joyce Nicholson Keels
MOORESVILLE – Joyce Nicholson Keels, 87, died Dec. 16, 2018, at her home.
She was born March 18, 1931, in Oconee County, S.C., to the late James and Lena Richardson Nicholson.
She was a retired counselor for Crossroads Behavioral Healthcare.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Keels; and brothers, James R. Nicholson Jr. and Franklin Nicholson.
Survivors include her children, Thomas Keels Jr. and wife, Cheryl Lane, Debra Davis and husband, JC, Joycelyn Armstrong and husband, Lance; sister, Edna Harris; brothers, Henry and Harold Nicholson; three grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Services were held Dec. 21 at First Baptist Church Mooresville.

MOORESVILLE – T.C. Raby, 94 died Dec. 16, 2018, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 30, 1924, in Jackson to the late John and Maybell Dills Raby.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired as a supervisor from Burlington Industries.
He was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Raby; and six brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Kennerly Raby; daughter, Ann Childers and husband, Mike; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 19 at Central United Methodist Church.

Martha Dillon Williams
MOORESVILLE – Martha Dillon Williams, 95, died Dec. 14, 2018.
She was born June 30, 1923.
She retired from Burlington Mills.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe J. Williams.
Survivors include her children, Judy Pope and husband, Frank, Tony Christy and wife, Penny, of Mooresville, Jessica Trina Knox and husband, Joe, and Jesse Williams and wife, Debbie, of Mooresville; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held privately.
