The procession for slain Mooresville Officer Jordan Sheldon on Friday will follow Interstate 77 to Exit 33 in Mooresville, the town of Mooresville announced Thursday afternoon.

After exiting the interstate, vehicles will take a right turn on U.S. 21, another right on Waterlynn Road and then a left on N.C. 115.

In downtown Mooresville, the procession will follow Main Street to West Iredell Avenue, where it will turn left and end at the Mooresville Police Department.

The procession will leave Calvary Church in south Charlotte at approximately 1 to 1:30 p.m., the town said in a press release.
