MOORESVILLE – The Cove Church will hold Night of Worship 7-8:30 p.m. Aug. 9 at the Mooresville Campus, 197 Langtree Road.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The children’s program is for those six weeks old through those in fifth grade.

Due to limited seating, all adults and students will need tickets, and all children will need to be registered.

Knights of Columbus to support LAMB

MOORESVILLE – The Knights of Columbus will be handing out Tootsie Rolls to raise money for LAMB (Least Among My Brethren) Aug. 4-5 at St. Therese Catholic Church.

All proceeds benefit local area exceptional children classrooms in the greater Mooresville and southern Iredell areas and Special Olympics of Iredell County.

Checks made out to the LAMB Foundation are also accepted.

MOORESVILLE – Mothers who want to connect with other women can register now for MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) at Peninsula Baptist Church, 687 Brawley School Road.

The full cost of MOPS is $132 for the 2018-19 year.

MOPS meetings at Peninsula Baptist Church take place 9:15-11:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month starting Sept. 11.

Dan Nichols to perform

DAVIDSON – Dan Nichols will perform in concert Sept. 25 at Temple Kol Tikvah of Lake Norman.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the performance is at 7 p.m.
