MOORESVILLE – Cody Story earned the rank of Eagle Scout for constructing an outdoor classroom next to the softball field at Mooresville Middle School.Story is a member of Troop No. 166, which is supported by First Presbyterian Church.He joined Troop No. 166 seven years ago upon moving to Mooresville from Nashville, Tenn.

STATESVILLE – Deputies arrested two men from out of state Nov. 27 after finding 277 grams of high-grade marijuana in their vehicle, according to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office.Deputies stopped the vehicle for multiple traffic violations and searched it after smelling marijuana, officials said.
